Cody Yeager was an exceptionally pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable technician to come do my annual water heater review & flush. After taking about 20 minutes to inspect the water heater top to bottom, we sat together to discuss his findings which indicated I had about 2 choices, replace faulty parts to extend the life of the heater maybe 1 or 2 more years, or go ahead & do a complete replacement with a new water heater to last me another 7-10 years. I opted for a new one this time. I also had a choice to replace one of my bathrooms faucets, which really pleased me because the current one was pretty old. Also he checked all the shut off valves to sinks & toilets, & I only needed 1 toilet valve replaced because all the others had been updated already from years of service from plumbing masters. A few other parts were needed to increase my PSI. Overall, I am extremely impressed with his plumbing skills & his personable customer service skills in communication & explanations with me, the customer to help me understand the reasons & choices to be made. He has my highest recommendation & I believe other future customers will find his exceptional service a very satisfying & excellent experience. *****
