I’m a dog groomer, I bought a dog tub thinking I could set it up to plumbing myself, I was very wrong! I called plumbing masters, I was greeted over the phone by a very nice lady I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but she had a skilled plumber out here within a couple hours! Todd Jensen was my plumber and he did a fantastic job! The plumbing behind the tub was very clean and looked so much better than I expected. he was very polite, kept everything clean, he also helped me set up the soap dispenser that’s built into the tub. I highly recommend Todd! My experience with plumbing masters was wonderful.

This will be my second year doing business with Plumbing Masters. The technicians are always fairly friendly and knowledgeable, unfortunately I feel like they are also pushing sales too much. I bought a 3 year maintenance plan because I needed my anode rod replaced in my water heater. The first year I had them was pretty good. Never felt pressured into buying anything. And then last week I had my yearly checkup for the water heater and while the technician was friendly and informative, I felt overly pressured into buying equipment and services . It was none stop for over 30 minutes. The tech just stood there in my kitchen telling me how I should replace my pull valves for all the sinks, telling me I should get soft water system, I should upgrade to a tankless water heater. I had to repeat myself over and over that I was not interested, and yet I still got a quote. I know it's not the technicians pushing sales. It's the company as a whole doing this and forcing the techs to hard sell stuff they don't want. I'm contemplating on cancelling my service agreement and finding a new company that won't try and hard sell me on everything. Today, 2-11-26, Dean from Plumbing Masters called me to address the issue involving the heavy sales vibe of the service call. Dean apologized for it and assured me that they do not send techs out to hard sell products and services and will look into the matter. I'll revert my 2 star review back to 5 stars as I appreciate and respect that management from the company reached out there me about the service call.
