Contacted plumbing masters on Saturday morning at 8:00AM, with fingers crossed we could have someone out today to repair an under-sink leak. Received a call soon after to find out if a window of 12-4 was ok. The appointment was booked. Approximately an hour later received a call with Chase's name. About 11:45 AM received a call that Chase was just finishing up with another customer. Bottom line he arrived prior to 12, determined what was needed, went to work and completed the repair within 20 minutes--even added an additional shut off valve, in case another leak occurred. Bottom line i give the company a 5 for ease in booking a weekend appointment, a 5 for communication, a 5 for on-time arrival, and a 5 for the technician's efficiency and knowledge of his trade.
