Chase was excellent! When he arrived he asked me to explain my issue then proceeded to do analysis on my water heater. After a bit, he took time to explain the problem and my options for moving forward. He explained things in laymen terms so I understood what we were dealing with, thereby allowing me to make an informed choice. He kept me informed on how long the work would take. Additionally, very respectful of my home, putting on shoe covers while moving through the house, asked permission to come in and out without me letting him in. Once install was complete, he registered the unit then once again reviewed my warranties for this work. Polite young man who knew his stuff - would ask for him again if I have an issue.

I made an online inquiry and they called and had availability the very next day. They came early, after calling to make sure it was ok, and were polite, fast and super helpful. I got to work with several of them including Lester, Louis, and Daniel. They were able to get all the work requested and suggested other things I didn’t know were issues that ended up saving me money.
