Ever have a plumber come out to do a seemingly simple job and next thing you know, they're quoting $7500? That IS NOT these guys. If all of Plumbing Masters is anything like Manuel Luna, they will be my plumbers for life. Great communication, fast response, got the job done properly, advised well and conservatively and $25 for a rooter job? Yeah - I know exactly who I'll be calling next time I need plumbing done.

They are hands down awesome! I called for a slow drain, and Miguel came out quickly. He realized it would be a bigger project and called for some help. Tim, Chad and Rafael came out and tried to open the drain with a hydro flush. With that not working, Tim offered a couple options. I opted for not removing the shower, but digging underneath. Chad and Rafael worked diligently and found more issues than one could imagine. Two days later, they finally fixed all the problems. Whoever installed the shower had no clue. Kudos to the crew who returned my peace of mind to me! Highly recommend!!!!

I had an emergency at my house while I was away. My sister who was visiting googled for a plumber and after checking the reviews, she chose Plumbing Masters. The sewer pipe was clogged with tree roots and has broken up. Plumbing Masters came out right away. Caleb was our technician , and he was awesome. So polite, personable and answered all questions that we had. The work was completed in a timely manner. We are 100% happy with Plumbing Masters.

Had some overdue plumbing repairs completed, including a new toilet installed, water heater replaced, and main faucet/valve repaired/replaced.

Arron and Casey did an amazing job. Came out on a Saturday and took care of me. Helped me through a very tough decision on the sewer line replaced and game me the best deal I could have got. Explained all of my options and answered every question. Very helpful and easy to work with.

First, the woman who does scheduling expressed empathy for what we were going through and quickly got us assistance. She's a jewel! Then Aaron did the work with a smile on his face and very kind! He was a delight in our home. Then lastly Casey, was a great listener, explained what they would be assessing and showed me the results. He presented our options plus cost and I was so pleased with Plumbing Masters! Such a great team.

Todd arrived 1st thing in the morning to appraise me of my 17 year old water heater options. I opted for the tankless water heater. I thought it would be days before the job would start but he said he would start right now if that was okay with me. I said let’s do it. It took a number of hours but we now have hot water and the job looks great. Todd did a great job. He’s a hard worker and knows what he’s doing. Plus, very professional. He earned the 5 gold stars and I’m giving 6 attaboys.

Plumbing Masters' technician, Miguel, did a simple shower drain clean-out yesterday. He was quick, pleasant, charged a very fair price, and did the job right. I have used Plumbing Masters for larger more involved work in the past but this simple, one drain clean-out shows that their excellent customer service applies to all of their jobs, large and small.

These guys were fast to arrive, did a thorough inspection of the damage and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They even helped go through the process of submitting my insurance claim online with me! Great service, would highly recommend.

Needed immediate service for a leaking main water line from the meter to the house. Contacted Plumbing Masters for service. They responded immediately and confirmed the requested service. Tech was dispatched and arrived within 30 minutes. A new line was dropped in, and water was restored to the house within a few hours. Tech did a great job; I highly recommend Plumbing Masters for this service.

Casey, came out to fix my leak. I put steak down my garbage disposal and clogged my pipe and couldn't put things back together without it leaking. Yada, yada... Ugghh.. I told him there needs to be rules on what NOT to put down a garbage disposal.. I'm sure they're out there I just never read them, obviously.. Funny not funny. Plumbing Masters sent their tech Todd Jensen to our house to check the garbage disposal. He also checked the water treatment system which wasn’t working. He found several other Problems while going through our house. He took his time and repaired all the issues. I would definitely use their services again.Todd was outstanding.

"After 10 years of faithful service, my gas water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found Plumbing Masters online and they were able to send someone out that very morning! Lester arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tested several components and explained that due to the age of the unit (and my admitted lack of maintenance!), a replacement would be the most cost-effective solution. He clearly laid out my options, and I decided to go with a new Ruud Professional unit. Lester returned the next day and installed the new water heater. He even replaced the 30-year-old pipes and shut-off valves, which was a great bonus. The whole installation looks fantastic, and I appreciate the solid warranty. He also took the time to show me how to properly flush the unit annually. The price was competitive, one less thing to worry about! Christopher was slowly gone over what needs to be done after the water leaks detection has been identified by the specialist. The repair service has not be started at this moment.

What started as a simple plumbing repairs became very complicated due to the age of my home and some plumbing "fixes" done by the previous owner. Todd traced the issues and made all of the repairs in one afternoon. He did a fantastic job and was great to work with. Have used Plumbing Masters for 10 years. Our house is 25 years old and all of the hose bibs and inside connections for toilets and sinks were corroded. Todd changed them all out in a matter of hours. Very professional, personable and efficient. Did a great job! Alfredo came to resolve the kitchen sink not draining. Inspection with a camera indicated 25 years of grease and oil had clogged the drains. Alfredo cleaned all of the drains quickly and efficiently and left them working fine. As an added quality control step Casey came by and gave inspected the job. Plumbing Masters always does a very professional job

We had a plumbing leak and our garage was flooded. We called around to a few plumbing services, but surprisingly a flooding garage was an important enough to have same-day service. We called plumbing Masters and the receptionist got appointment and confirm that appointment within a few minutes and Michael came within the hour. We thought this was gonna be an expensive fix, but Michael pointed out the leak in our tank, ran to get the part, and had everything fixed within the hour the price was extremely affordable, and the service was phenomenal. I don’t anticipate having major plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, plumbing masters will be my first call.

Our hose bib where the water main came off when I tried to remove the attached hose so I had to shut off the water to the house. Called Plumbing Masters and they had Chase come out within 25 minutes. I called with a water heater that was not working. I thought it was the valve. We established it was. With the cost difference. They installed a brand new water heater for a very reasonable price. It was same-day service within an hour they arrived. I was so lucky. Chase was very professional, very clear in what he was going to do. Had a leak at the meter at my house today. I have no idea how long it had been pouring water in to the street. Todd came so quickly figured out it it was the meter. Shut the water off and even spoke to the Glendale water dept. Who then were able to send some one out right away. Todd was so nice even wishing me a happy mothers day. Plumbing Masters have done numerous repairs at our home . They do a tremendous job. Chase was here today and he was efficient, excellent at explaining what he was doing and just a super nice person. The other members of their staff that have worked at our house have also been very kind, conscientious, and have done an excellent job. Many of the employees have been there for a long time and they all have commented on what a great place it is To work, the family atmosphere that has been created and how much they like the owners. I had a leak somewhere in my kitchen, and after two different technicians from different companies came by without an answer aside from it being my dishwasher (which it wasn’t, but I already knew that due to the fact it hadn’t been used in over a week) I contacted Plumbing Masters. The technician, Levi, arrived within the given timeframe and provided a quote and then was able to start the job right away. It was a 6-hour job. Levi was very professional and friendly. We called Plumbing Masters to get an updated estimate on a leaky bath tub faucet and kitchen sink. When Casey arrived and checked everything out we found out we needed alot more done than our original estimate. He suggested a solution to help us out in the long run which was installing a water softener system. Most of our issues was because of our hard water. He spoke to his manager to see how they could help us out with a great deal and lowered the price down within our budget which helped us out alot. He got started immediately & worked hard even after hours to get as much done as he could. He continued the job the next day and completed everything first thing the next morning. He installed the water softener system, a new shower valve, tub faucet & spout, completely new plumbing under the kitchen sink and a brand new kitchen sink & faucet. He replaced two valves on both toilets and also did our yearly water heater flush. He cleaned up all of the mess after and left everything looking amazing! Our new soft water system is so worth it! I definitely feel the difference and highly recommend it. Thank you Casey! We are so happy with your work. You did a great job on everything. Amazing service. We will definitely be choosing Plumbing Masters for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I called plumbing Masters to clear a blockage in the septic line. Was treated very kindly and professionally by the person who answered the phone. They said they would send a technician between 1:00 and 3:00. Aaron (technician) called a let me know he would be there by 1:30. True to his word… 1:30 it was! I can’t say enough about Aaron’s knowledge and how he explained the problem. He promptly went to work and quickly resolved the issue. He was very nice and sympathetic to the spot I was in. I can’t recommend Plumbing Masters, and especially Aaron, to call for your plumbing needs!

We had a clogged pipe that turned out to unfortunately be a bigger problem than we thought. Manny Luna spent all day working on the problem and was able to clear the backup and offered us excellent advice on what needed to be done next. We felt Manny genuinely cared about our situation and that he went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely be calling Plumbing Masters for any plumbing issues we have in the future.
