What a great experience from my first phone call to schedule an estimate. My phone call started with the question "how can I make you smile today?" We had a water pipe leak and were told our only option was going to be to dig up our driveway and this wasn't optimal for us. Lester came out to review our problem and provided us with three options to address our concerns and gave us full details of what would be done in all three plans. He provided an option to replace the pipe relocating the pipe to the side of our house. Lester and Estevan were both professional, courteous and hard working and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

I walked into my garage to get into my car one morning around 9:50a, only to notice that the pan under my hot water heater was full of water. I called a friend who suggested that I contact Plumbing Masters, and I am happy I took her advice. While I was away at my appointment I called and the very friendly professional representative who answered the phone arranged for Saul to come to my house to look at the situation. Saul arrived at my house, shortly before 12:30p, and after examination, determined my hot water heater was unrepairable. He presented me with options, without any pressure or hard-sell. Once I made my decision, he went to work - removed my thirteen-year-old unit (which I knew had been on its last leg for quite some time), took it away and he returned with the new unit, that also included all new connectors, etc., to do the installation. After the installation and cleanup of the area, he patiently explained the basics of the heater including how to use the gas and water shut-off valves. It is clear he not only knows his profession, but he really enjoys it. The entire process took less than three hours and now I have a beautiful hot water heater and peace of mind that when I turn on the hot water faucet, I’ll have hot water. I personally know two customers (the friend who gave me the recommendation and myself) who experienced excellent customer service from Plumbing Masters – I highly recommend Saul and this company.

Over a year ago, I needed assistance with a relatively complex shower installation project, I called 5 plumbers, got quotes from all 5 and decided to move forward with plumbing master’s as their quote was not only quite reasonable but Cody Yeager who initially came over to quote me was incredibly professional. David Heuring, from Plumbing Masters, came out to my house to do a simple job that I was just a little bit nervous about doing myself. My water softener is old so I’m always worried about breaking it. Anyways, he was able to fix my water softener and get it back to normal while also showing me how to easily do the job myself in the future. He was also good guy to just shoot the breeze with for a few minutes when I found out some of his childhood crisscrossed with my time in Germany when I was in the military in the early ‘00s. I’ve used Plumbing Masters multiple times now over the past few years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Only great ones.

I had David come back to replace the washer main water valves today January 27th. Again excellent job. Valves were over 30 years old and in desperate need of replacement. Thank you for the prompt service and attention to details. 3rd visit with David. Remodeling some area of the house and this time it was the garden tub pipes. It was a difficult job. Pipes were hidden and we had to remove a front panel of the tub. Once removed David was able to check and noticed alot of rust. So it was time to replace. David kept me the loop and we discussed replacement faucet look. Thank you David for another successful replacement. We have one more faucet replacement.

My grandparents home was backing up this was the 3rd place I called to get assistance for them and Pam was so nice assured me she'd be able to help and was able to get me on the schedule and within an hour the technician arrived to get our sewer lines cleaned out and draining again.

Called Plumbing Masters because my water heater was leaking, I spoke to Perla she was very helpful and got a technician out right away. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.

I made an appointment with Plumbing Masters to do a flush and an overall maintenance of my tankless water heater. They sent Michael S. to do the work. While here, he did a thorough inspection of the tankless water heater. He discovered several errors the original installer had made. I had been experiencing some problems which were a result of the improper installation. Michael made the corrections needed (proper venting, reprogrammed proper recirculation, new pressure relief line to the exterior of he house and replaced a faulty crossover tee under the sink). Now I am not waiting forever to get hot water when I turn on the hot water and it remains hot after turning off and back on (like when washing dishes, etc.). Michael explained things clearly, was very polite and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely contact Plumbing Masters and request Michael for any future plumbing issues.

My MIL was letting the water out from the kitchen sink this morning after doing dishes and there was water everywhere. I called Plumbing Masters! I really appreciate Jake Petterson with Plumbing Masters for taking the time to inspect my water heater. He came to flush it only, but noticed that a piece was not put together correctly and leaks carbon monoxide into my home. He said “I don’t feel comfortable leaving this exposed near the kitchen and bedrooms for your family to be exposed to carbon monoxide.” So he fixed it, and wow thank you. That is really scary that it was installed incorrectly by another company.

Todd arrived to flush our water heater and said he has a note to look at our kitchen faucet. He spent a lot of time inspecting and found that there was a small leak under the sink. We decided to have him install a new faucet. He had to go get one of the colors we chose, returned and installed the new faucet. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Todd.

Todd arrived promply after my call to PM and surveyed the water meter. His thoughts were that the main line from meter to house was leaking. He gave me a quote as to the cost of repair, which I accepted. He then began work digging at the riser at the house. He then went to HD and acquired the services of two Hispanic gentlemen who he contracted with to dig a 80' trench to replace the main water line (PVC) with PEX. They all worked until 8pm doing that work. On Tue. Todd returned, and he removed a portion of sidewalk where he was going to run the new line to house. He then ran the PEX line and did all the connections, after which he installed new concrete for the sidewalk repair. He then used some pave sand we had and but a new bed of it under the PEX. After that, he proceeded to refill the trench, and removed the many rocks from the soil that there was. Once again, Todd was here until 8pm finishing the work. I would use Todd again if needed.

Michael has done numerous plumbing leak repairs and improvements at our house in the last few months. We highly recommend him and Plumbing Masters. Their response is swift and his work is highly competent & professional.

Plumbing Masters sent a technician to perform a routine check on my water heater. The technician showed up when he said he would be here and performed the maintenance quickly and verified that the water heater was working correctly.

Nothing worse than calling a plumber for a leak of unknown origin. Jared White came to our residence and within 15 minutes he found the leak in the attic and fixed it in short order. Jared was courteous, had a can do attitude, and explained the issues with before and after pictures. I highly recommend him and this firm.

My MIL was letting the water out from the kitchen sink this morning after doing dishes and there was water everywhere. I called Plumbing Masters! Desiree got me on the schedule and even called me to let me know of a change, I appreciated that! Perla got Levi dispatched and when he called me with the ETA, he was right on time! Plumbing Masters has great communication, customer service and a keeper with their Journeyman Plumber, Levi!!!

Had a pleasant assistance for an unpleasant problem with my garbage disposal. First the imitial phone response, and next the visit to give me an estimate by Chad, both were very helpful by answering all my questions.. The price was more than what we expected, so i decided to do some checking around before going ahead.

Todd was awesome! Came out the night before to drain my water heater so it wouldn’t do any more damage and came out this morning EXACTLY when he said he would. Got us all up and running. Really appreciate him! The office staff was also very helpful and nice.

Jared helped me out today with the problem I called for, and was less expensive than Parker and sons, who earlier I asked you leave because their estimate was just plain price gagging. I was very happy w his work on my tub spiget, then he showed me my shower faucet was leaking, and why. Fixed that. So when he explained why this can happen, it made me think my master shower had that water temp issue being uneven,so I had my master fixed too. Successful trip in my book!

Lester was here to do water heater maintenance. He was professional and knowledgeable. Advised us of certain things that would be needed in the near future and gave an estimate so we would know the approximate cost. We use Plumbing Masters for our plumbing needs since they reasonable, professional and knowledgeable.

I am a first-time home owner and learned the hard way the importance of having the plumbing inspected BEFORE you purchase a home! On November 7th, early evening, the plumbing in my bathroom completely failed! Have used Plumbing Masters for 10 years. Our house is 25 years old and all of the hose bibs and inside connections for toilets and sinks were corroded. Todd changed them all out in a matter of hours. Very professional, personable and efficient. Did a great job!

Levi is a great, personable plumber. He installed my RO system January of last year and it’s working great! 1/15/2025 - I requested Levi again. He replaced my RO filters and replaced my shower cartridge. He’s honest and very personable. He gave me an estimate for the replacement of my water heater at my request.

Michael answered all of my questions and was very very courteous. He listened to my concerns and my opinions. It was a very pleasant experience.

I’m very impressed by how quickly they were able to get a tech to my house and fix my leaking water pipe. My technician Lester was at my house within 1 hour and was very nice, efficient and helpful. The company sends a text before your technician arrives with a picture of them and a bio which made me feel a lot more comfortable as a single mom.

Michael was a fantastic technician going right to work checking out my two HVAC units and water softener. He was so genuine and nice asking me if I had any questions or concerns to address along the way and I appreciated this as I really like to be on top of maintenance to avoid emergencies. He recommended some work that I was grateful he recognized needing immediate attention to avoid what would have become emergency issues. I was so relieved that Michael was able to remove and replace the leaking hot water heater this same day and I feel, once again, so convinced that I have the best plumbing service I can rely on.
