Todd was awesome!!! Fast and smart

Plumbing Masters was able to come out the very next day to install a gas line to the middle of my yard so that I could build a fire pit. The technician, Levi, arrived within the given timeframe and provided a quote and then was able to start the job right away. It was a 6-hour job. Levi was very professional and friendly. The result was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Masters and Levi!

We called Plumbing Masters to get an updated estimate on a leaky bath tub faucet and kitchen sink. When Casey arrived and checked everything out we found out we needed alot more done than our original estimate. He suggested a solution to help us out in the long run which was installing a water softener system. Most of our issues was because of our hard water. He spoke to his manager to see how they could help us out with a great deal and lowered the price down within our budget which helped us out alot. He got started immediately & worked hard even after hours to get as much done as he could. He continued the job the next day and completed everything first thing the next morning. He installed the water softener system, a new shower valve, tub faucet & spout, completely new plumbing under the kitchen sink and a brand new kitchen sink & faucet. He replaced two valves on both toilets and also did our yearly water heater flush. He cleaned up all of the mess after and left everything looking amazing! Our new soft water system is so worth it! I definitely feel the difference and highly recommend it. Thank you Casey! We are so happy with your work. You did a great job on everything. Amazing service. We will definitely be choosing Plumbing Masters for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I called plumbing Masters to clear a blockage in the septic line. Was treated very kindly and professionally by the person who answered the phone. They said they would send a technician between 1:00 and 3:00. Aaron (technician) called a let me know he would be there by 1:30. True to his word… 1:30 it was! I can’t say enough about Aaron’s knowledge and how he explained the problem. He promptly went to work and quickly resolved the issue. He was very nice and sympathetic to the spot I was in. I can’t recommend Plumbing Masters, and especially Aaron, to call for your plumbing needs!

We had a clogged pipe that turned out to unfortunately be a bigger problem than we thought. Manny Luna spent all day working on the problem and was able to clear the backup and offered us excellent advice on what needed to be done next. We felt Manny genuinely cared about our situation and that he went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely be calling Plumbing Masters for any plumbing issues we have in the future. I recently had Plumbing Masters inspect my home with the video of the drainpipes. Casey H did the video inspection and offered three options for my consideration. Since my home is over 50 years old, I needed the peace of mind that there wouldn't be any problems in the future so I had the drainpipes flushed out. Casey H. was very helpful and professional and explained everything for me for consideration. Once I made the decision, he had co-worker Alfredo E. come that same day and to flush out the drainpipes. We had a blockage from our house to the main drain to the sewer. After being un able to shower or use the toilets in our home for 3 days and calling multiple companies who said they would come out and never showed…. Plumbing masters came out the same day and fixed our problem. We cannot thank Alfredo enough for flushing out our system. He worked very hard until the problem was resolved.

Today I had Lester and Stevie out to my aging condo for some continued plumbing concerns. The problem was quickly diagnosed and because I have a membership with them, I received a discount on the repairs and a lifetime warranty. They are always prompt, friendly, and courteous.

Michael fixed my leaking shower faucet. He explained to me how the “cartridge “ in the shower handle fixture can wear out after a longtime. He removed the old cartridge, showed me the damage, and fixed the problem by installing a new cartridge. Michael has come to my home twice for two different repairs. I am very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge which he always shares with me. I will definitely request Michael when I have other Plumbing work to be done.

Saul Baca came out to help me check my two outside water lines & water spigots that had frozen hose bibs. He quickly was able to remove them & suggested I use vaseline to coat the inside of the new hose to keep it lubricated so that would help diminish the sticking & freezing from the water calcium deposits before attaching any new couplets.Thank you for your friendly & knowledgeable help & support! Got to use Plumbing Masters again today and, once again, it was great. Levi Nunez showed up on time and got right to work installing our new HERO water system. He had it done in a couple of hours and the water is already much better than it was with our old softener alone. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Levi for researching and answering every question I had about the HERO system. I work in an office in the evening where I’m unable to access my phone for hours at a time. But Levi always responded despite me having to text, on occasion, at later times due to my work. I really really appreciate it sir.

What a great experience from my first phone call to schedule an estimate. My phone call started with the question "how can I make you smile today?" We had a water pipe leak and were told our only option was going to be to dig up our driveway and this wasn't optimal for us. Lester came out to review our problem and provided us with three options to address our concerns and gave us full details of what would be done in all three plans. He provided an option to replace the pipe relocating the pipe to the side of our house. Lester and Estevan were both professional, courteous and hard working and a pleasure to work with. I walked into my garage to get into my car one morning around 9:50a, only to notice that the pan under my hot water heater was full of water. I called a friend who suggested that I contact Plumbing Masters, and I am happy I took her advice. While I was away at my appointment I called and the very friendly professional representative who answered the phone arranged for Saul to come to my house to look at the situation. Saul arrived at my house, shortly before 12:30p, and after examination, determined my hot water heater was unrepairable. He presented me with options, without any pressure or hard-sell. Once I made my decision, he went to work - removed my thirteen-year-old unit (which I knew had been on its last leg for quite some time), took it away and he returned with the new unit, that also included all new connectors, etc., to do the installation. After the installation and cleanup of the area, he patiently explained the basics of the heater including how to use the gas and water shut-off valves. It is clear he not only knows his profession, but he really enjoys it. The entire process took less than three hours and now I have a beautiful hot water heater and peace of mind that when I turn on the hot water faucet, I’ll have hot water. I personally know two customers (the friend who gave me the recommendation and myself) who experienced excellent customer service from Plumbing Masters – I highly recommend Saul and this company.

David Heuring, from Plumbing Masters, came out to my house to do a simple job that I was just a little bit nervous about doing myself. My water softener is old so I’m always worried about breaking it. Anyways, he was able to fix my water softener and get it back to normal while also showing me how to easily do the job myself in the future. He was also good guy to just shoot the breeze with for a few minutes when I found out some of his childhood crisscrossed with my time in Germany when I was in the military in the early ‘00s. I’ve used Plumbing Masters multiple times now over the past few years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Only great ones.

I had David come back to replace the washer main water valves today January 27th. Again excellent job. Valves were over 30 years old and in desperate need of replacement. Thank you for the prompt service and attention to details. 3rd visit with David. Remodeling some area of the house and this time it was the garden tub pipes. It was a difficult job. Pipes were hidden and we had to remove a front panel of the tub. Once removed David was able to check and noticed alot of rust. So it was time to replace. David kept me the loop and we discussed replacement faucet look. Thank you David for another successful replacement. We have one more faucet replacement.

Called Plumbing Masters because my water heater was leaking, I spoke to Perla she was very helpful and got a technician out right away. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.

I made an appointment with Plumbing Masters to do a flush and an overall maintenance of my tankless water heater. They sent Michael S. to do the work. While here, he did a thorough inspection of the tankless water heater. He discovered several errors the original installer had made. I had been experiencing some problems which were a result of the improper installation. Michael made the corrections needed (proper venting, reprogrammed proper recirculation, new pressure relief line to the exterior of he house and replaced a faulty crossover tee under the sink). Now I am not waiting forever to get hot water when I turn on the hot water and it remains hot after turning off and back on (like when washing dishes, etc.). Michael explained things clearly, was very polite and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely contact Plumbing Masters and request Michael for any future plumbing issues.

My MIL was letting the water out from the kitchen sink this morning after doing dishes and there was water everywhere. I called Plumbing Masters! I really appreciate Jake Petterson with Plumbing Masters for taking the time to inspect my water heater. He came to flush it only, but noticed that a piece was not put together correctly and leaks carbon monoxide into my home. He said “I don’t feel comfortable leaving this exposed near the kitchen and bedrooms for your family to be exposed to carbon monoxide.” So he fixed it, and wow thank you. That is really scary that it was installed incorrectly by another company.

Todd arrived to flush our water heater and said he has a note to look at our kitchen faucet. He spent a lot of time inspecting and found that there was a small leak under the sink. We decided to have him install a new faucet. He had to go get one of the colors we chose, returned and installed the new faucet. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Todd.

Todd arrived promply after my call to PM and surveyed the water meter. His thoughts were that the main line from meter to house was leaking. He gave me a quote as to the cost of repair, which I accepted. He then began work digging at the riser at the house. He then went to HD and acquired the services of two Hispanic gentlemen who he contracted with to dig a 80' trench to replace the main water line (PVC) with PEX. They all worked until 8pm doing that work. On Tue. Todd returned, and he removed a portion of sidewalk where he was going to run the new line to house. He then ran the PEX line and did all the connections, after which he installed new concrete for the sidewalk repair. He then used some pave sand we had and but a new bed of it under the PEX. After that, he proceeded to refill the trench, and removed the many rocks from the soil that there was. Once again, Todd was here until 8pm finishing the work. I would use Todd again if needed.

Michael has done numerous plumbing leak repairs and improvements at our house in the last few months. We highly recommend him and Plumbing Masters. Their response is swift and his work is highly competent & professional.

Plumbing Masters sent a technician to perform a routine check on my water heater. The technician showed up when he said he would be here and performed the maintenance quickly and verified that the water heater was working correctly.

Nothing worse than calling a plumber for a leak of unknown origin. Jared White came to our residence and within 15 minutes he found the leak in the attic and fixed it in short order. Jared was courteous, had a can do attitude, and explained the issues with before and after pictures. I highly recommend him and this firm.
