Had a leak by the meter, not a small one either but they got here and took care of it fast, did I want to spend that much on a fix, no but worth it getting fixed fast before the front yard flowed away. Had Lester, with Plumbing Masters out to remove a garbage disposal. Had to remove sink drain, because of corrosion. He was polite. Told us what was necessary to complete the job. Alfredo came to resolve the kitchen sink not draining. Inspection with a camera indicated 25 years of grease and oil had clogged the drains. From initial call for urgent help to all fixed along with preventive identical fix with other two toilet and repair to outside shut off - just two hours! Levi was super nice, explained everything thoroughly and noticed a non-emergency fix that we need in near future(which we plan to do soon). I recently had both Michael and Alfredo out to the house for general plumbing maintenance and the experience was great, as always. Plumbing Masters had been consistently reliable and affordable for me over the past 4 years and all of the technicians have been professional and do great work.

Years later (2026) I am still using Plumbing Masters and consider myself to be a satisfied customer. This time I had Cody come by to install a new water heater and to also hook this old house up with a water softener for the first time. Everything from the initial inspection, purchase of the items, and installation was done within the same day and priced fairly. Thank you, Cody!

I came to do a review and found I had already done one a while ago for something else, so I can't add 5 more stars, but I will add that I recently purchased my own home (the other review was for work at my daughter's home) and had Rich come install a Halo water treatment system for my home as well as a Reverse Osmosis under my kitchen sink and a utility sink in my laundry room. Rich was very prompt and quick getting the work done. He was great answering any questions I had. And when my system was recycling the water, but I had forgotten it did that and was concerned about hearing water running, even though it was New Year's Day, when I texted Rich, he got right back to me. I really appreciate the great service.

Cody came the same day we called. He was super nice -he explained everything to us, what we needed, didn't need, would need sometime in the future,etc.... I highly recommend this company and especially Cody.

Abraham did a great job on replacing valves in an emergency situation, on a Saturday afternoon with very little notice.

Riley was great. He came out within couple hours and did a thorough job. He was able to identify the issue and worked with us on the cost. He also comes with a strong ecosystem and can get other people here within an hour. He left a great impression on us and we would love to refer him and his company to others and my network. Plumbing Masters is a pretty good size company in the valley and are super responsive.

Little did we know that ten years later, that water softener would start to leak and there was no way to bypass it to the main water line of the house. Long story short, it was cheaper to buy a whole new water softening system than to remove it completely. Casey was extremely empathetic to our shock of having to commit without really wanting to. Woke up this morning to water in my garage. Called Plumbing Master’s and immediately was scheduled for same day. Cody texted notifying me when he was almost to our house…talk about fast service! Rich was right on time. He explained how my one handle shower control worked and that some hot water and some cold water (90 + degrees here in Phx) are always in the mix no matter where the handle is at. I thought that could be the case. Our best and least expensive option is to set the waterheater to a lower temperature. I guess I really do not need 145 degree water in the summer. I've set my water heater lower. I'll see what there is tomorrow and adust more as needed. They will continue to brmu goto plumbers.

I needed a new, legitimate PRV installed for my home’s water pressure. Also needed an expansion tank for my water heater (which you should have if you have a PRV).
I called Plumbing Masters because when I had a huge plumbing problem in 2023, they sent a great plumber who did an excellent job.
I received the same great service today! Todd and Ethan came and did an excellent job installing the PRV and expansion tank - with professional, customer service-minded character and disposition. They were awesome. I’m a picky customer and don’t like to waste time or money.

Cody Yeager was an exceptionally pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable technician to come do my annual water heater review & flush. After taking about 20 minutes to inspect the water heater top to bottom, we sat together to discuss his findings which indicated I had about 2 choices, replace faulty parts to extend the life of the heater maybe 1 or 2 more years, or go ahead & do a complete replacement with a new water heater to last me another 7-10 years. I opted for a new one this time. I also had a choice to replace one of my bathrooms faucets, which really pleased me because the current one was pretty old. Also he checked all the shut off valves to sinks & toilets, & I only needed 1 toilet valve replaced because all the others had been updated already from years of service from plumbing masters. A few other parts were needed to increase my PSI. Overall, I am extremely impressed with his plumbing skills & his personable customer service skills in communication & explanations with me, the customer to help me understand the reasons & choices to be made. He has my highest recommendation & I believe other future customers will find his exceptional service a very satisfying & excellent experience. *****

He he arrived at the beginning of his scheduled time frame he was very professional very nice he was funny he had the dog and he got the shower fixed and no time at all. I had an emergency sewer backup where one toilet overflowed, the other toilet backed up, and water was coming up through my shower drain. Plumbing Masters was able to get someone out quickly, and from start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, patient and so very kind. They started with the least invasive approach and explained every step of the process. When that didn’t fully resolve the issue. They explained to me exactly what was going on and found that tree roots had grown into a compromised section of the sewer line. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand instead of pressuring me into making a decision. What impressed me most was how respectful and honest the technicians were. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to their hard work, my sewer line is flowing again, and I now have a clear understanding of what repairs will be needed going forward.
