Two great experiences with Plumbing Masters - both times with Rich. First with a water softener replacement and second with two water heater replacements. Called this morning and was able to have him out immediately and by the afternoon we have two new functioning water heaters. Highly recommend

I’m a dog groomer, I bought a dog tub thinking I could set it up to plumbing myself, I was very wrong! I called plumbing masters, I was greeted over the phone by a very nice lady I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but she had a skilled plumber out here within a couple hours! Todd Jensen was my plumber and he did a fantastic job! The plumbing behind the tub was very clean and looked so much better than I expected. he was very polite, kept everything clean, he also helped me set up the soap dispenser that’s built into the tub. I highly recommend Todd! My experience with plumbing masters was wonderful.

This will be my second year doing business with Plumbing Masters. The technicians are always fairly friendly and knowledgeable, unfortunately I feel like they are also pushing sales too much. I bought a 3 year maintenance plan because I needed my anode rod replaced in my water heater. The first year I had them was pretty good. Never felt pressured into buying anything. And then last week I had my yearly checkup for the water heater and while the technician was friendly and informative, I felt overly pressured into buying equipment and services . It was none stop for over 30 minutes. The tech just stood there in my kitchen telling me how I should replace my pull valves for all the sinks, telling me I should get soft water system, I should upgrade to a tankless water heater. I had to repeat myself over and over that I was not interested, and yet I still got a quote. I know it's not the technicians pushing sales. It's the company as a whole doing this and forcing the techs to hard sell stuff they don't want. I'm contemplating on cancelling my service agreement and finding a new company that won't try and hard sell me on everything. Today, 2-11-26, Dean from Plumbing Masters called me to address the issue involving the heavy sales vibe of the service call. Dean apologized for it and assured me that they do not send techs out to hard sell products and services and will look into the matter. I'll revert my 2 star review back to 5 stars as I appreciate and respect that management from the company reached out there me about the service call.

Abraham was fantastic - which has been the standard with Plumbing Masters. He replaced our anode rod and figured out a slightly tricky issue due to us having solar hot water heater pipes blocking the anode rod input. He figured it out for the standard price, and showed me how to do it myself for next time. Excellent service and support!

I have had good service by Plumbing Master over at least 7 years. I request an annual flushing of our 2 water heaters. This time, our service man was Abraham. who was quick and efficient He also provided a quote for replacing one of them, but since we are selling the house, I am going to hold off for now. I like how they manage the schedule especially Desiree who helped me solve a conflict on the arrival time. I think it is good company and personnel are very good

Daniel, Louis & Alfredo performed their jods in a highly professional manner when finding the problems we had with our 62 year old cast iron plumbing. They spent many hours on the back up problem and were able to provide a complete fix. We were kept up to date on every problem they found. I came to do a review and found I had already done one a while ago for something else, so I can't add 5 more stars, but I will add that I recently purchased my own home (the other review was for work at my daughter's home) and had Rich come install a Halo water treatment system for my home as well as a Reverse Osmosis under my kitchen sink and a utility sink in my laundry room. Rich was very prompt and quick getting the work done. He was great answering any questions I had. And when my system was recycling the water, but I had forgotten it did that and was concerned about hearing water running, even though it was New Year's Day, when I texted Rich, he got right back to me. I really appreciate the great service. Cody came the same day we called. He was super nice -he explained everything to us, what we needed, didn't need, would need sometime in the future,etc.... I highly recommend this company and especially Cody.

I've removed and replaced a toilet before but VERY happy I decided to have him do it as well as replace all the valves under the bathroom vanity as that is being replaced as well and the old valves would not budget to turn off. I had a leak under my kitchen faucet and I called Plumbing Masters on a Friday afternoon and they had a technician at my house early Saturday morning. I was very pleased with their promptness. My technician was Levi and he was very knowledgeable and kind and so helpful in answering my questions. He did a great job and I will definitely ask for him in future repairs.

Last Saturday, December 13, 2025 my water heater went out and I found this company online. It had a great star rating, and I'm happy to say they live by this rating. A person by the name of: Levi came to my home in Phoenix, and analyzed the problem. My water heater was leaking water, and told me I would need a new water heater. You always hate it when someone tells you that because your first thought is their trying to get more money out of you, but that wasn't the case here. Levi was willing to let me check with other companies if I felt they had another solution. Anyway, to make a long story short I went with Plumbing Masters and I am so happy I did. It was worth the money of a new water heater, and Levi did a great job of installing it. He stayed late into the night and never once complained considering it was Saturday. He never rushed and always answered my questions that I had as he worked on installing the heater. He was highly professional and aimed to please. It took him about a little over an hour to install the water heater and was now almost 8 o'clock at night. He cleaned up the area around him so nothing was left behind. He was friendly and professional to the very end. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Levi again for your great work!

We had a toilet replaced with a new one. When the technician pulled the old one there were multiple issues found with the old toilet installed by the builder and floor replacement years before. Plumbing Masters sent another technician to fix the problem. They were very competent and respectful of us and our home. A huge thank you to Chad, Saul, and Alfredo!!! One of your employees is on the 202 W 2:55pm 12/14 on his phone swerving on the freeway. Swerved and crossed my lane and swerved in the other lane. I pull-up on the side of them to see why they’re swerving and they’re holding their phone down below the steering wheel. Absolute no no especially if you can’t look at your phone & maintain your lane. I wish I would’ve seen the truck number.

Plumbing master Chase Maquistian and Todd Jensen where very professional and fixed my shower cartridge. Chase was very good at explaining the problem I have and fixed it in no time. Todd and Chase came to my house yesterday. I had surgery earlier in the week and had a problem with a toilet. They came in and fixed that problem and also helped me change out another toilet. They embraced the chaos my dogs created and went out of their way to help me get things done that I had difficulty doing by myself. They were patient and went out of their way to help. We unfortunately had to replace our water softner (after over 15yrs of use) Casey from plumbing masters was our technician and he was awesome! He explained the entire process of replacement, what to expect and he was able to complete job in a short amount of time . The work was impeccable and he was process and very relatable. I would definitely recommend Casey and plumbing masters for anyone looking future plumbing needs!

We recently had our home sewer system replaced and we chose Plumbing Masters. They explained everything that was necessary and were very polite and explained everything in detail. The job was completed on time. They spent the time each day to thoroughly clean up before leaving. The price was better than we expected. We highly recommend Plumbing Masters!

I’ve never used Plumbing Master’s. My residential main water (31 years old) needed replacement. In addition it required a pressure control valve. Plumbing Masters was fantastic from the first call to payment for the completed job. I received same day service. “Chase” the responding plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in completing the job.

My installer Casey was very professional. He took the time to explain what the job entailed and then did an excellent job. Casey is a hard working and professional person that stayed late until the work was complete. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Plumbing Masters for all of my future plumbing needs!

I am not one to write many reviews but after today I really needed to. I feel like plumbing is our curse that never lets up and we found a leak with quite a bit of water damage. Plumbing masters was our first call and Cody Yeager was our tech that came out and he was amazing! We were still recovering financially from our last plumbing disaster and he was truly so nice about everything. I feel like so many companies put so much pressure on you to go with them and spend so much money for something. Cody did not do that, he was honest and polite and so understanding to where we were and I honestly say I would be requesting him to work with from here on out. Thanks Cody!
