My MIL was letting the water out from the kitchen sink this morning after doing dishes and there was water everywhere. I called Plumbing Masters! I really appreciate Jake Petterson with Plumbing Masters for taking the time to inspect my water heater. He came to flush it only, but noticed that a piece was not put together correctly and leaks carbon monoxide into my home. He said “I don’t feel comfortable leaving this exposed near the kitchen and bedrooms for your family to be exposed to carbon monoxide.” So he fixed it, and wow thank you. That is really scary that it was installed incorrectly by another company.

Michael responded quickly when I discovered a leak in my outdoor water supply. He quoted and described a few options to repair and helped me consider those options. He completed the work quickly and professionally and it really looks great too! Thanks Michael!

Todd arrived to flush our water heater and said he has a note to look at our kitchen faucet. He spent a lot of time inspecting and found that there was a small leak under the sink. We decided to have him install a new faucet. He had to go get one of the colors we chose, returned and installed the new faucet. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Todd.

Todd arrived promply after my call to PM and surveyed the water meter. His thoughts were that the main line from meter to house was leaking. He gave me a quote as to the cost of repair, which I accepted. He then began work digging at the riser at the house. He then went to HD and acquired the services of two Hispanic gentlemen who he contracted with to dig a 80' trench to replace the main water line (PVC) with PEX. They all worked until 8pm doing that work. On Tue. Todd returned, and he removed a portion of sidewalk where he was going to run the new line to house. He then ran the PEX line and did all the connections, after which he installed new concrete for the sidewalk repair. He then used some pave sand we had and but a new bed of it under the PEX. After that, he proceeded to refill the trench, and removed the many rocks from the soil that there was. Once again, Todd was here until 8pm finishing the work. I would use Todd again if needed.

Michael has done numerous plumbing leak repairs and improvements at our house in the last few months. We highly recommend him and Plumbing Masters. Their response is swift and his work is highly competent & professional.

Aaron and Cody came out the same day I called even though it was not an emergency it was nice to get the issue addressed. They assessed the problem and thoroughly explained my options. The work performed was done efficiently, neatly, and effectively.

Plumbing Masters sent a technician to perform a routine check on my water heater. The technician showed up when he said he would be here and performed the maintenance quickly and verified that the water heater was working correctly.

Nothing worse than calling a plumber for a leak of unknown origin. Jared White came to our residence and within 15 minutes he found the leak in the attic and fixed it in short order. Jared was courteous, had a can do attitude, and explained the issues with before and after pictures. I highly recommend him and this firm.

Had a pleasant assistance for an unpleasant problem with my garbage disposal. Jared helped me out today with the problem I called for, and was less expensive than Parker and sons, who earlier I asked you leave because their estimate was just plain price gagging. I was very happy w his work on my tub spiget, then he showed me my shower faucet was leaking, and why. Fixed that. So when he explained why this can happen, it made me think my master shower had that water temp issue being uneven,so I had my master fixed too. Successful trip in my book!

I am a first-time home owner and learned the hard way the importance of having the plumbing inspected BEFORE you purchase a home! Levi is a great, personable plumber. He installed my RO system January of last year and it’s working great! 1/15/2025 - I requested Levi again. He replaced my RO filters and replaced my shower cartridge. He’s honest and very personable. He gave me an estimate for the replacement of my water heater at my request.

Michael answered all of my questions and was very very courteous. He listened to my concerns and my opinions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Michael was a fantastic technician going right to work checking out my two HVAC units and water softener. I just wanna share my amazing experience with Timothy how we treated my parents how educated was on his profession how he made my parents feel safe after the last Plumbing Company were very rude and asking for money above what they quoted, as well as gouging on the price of our poor elderly, Timothy was very very Respectful. My parents reached out to me and said how nice he was compared to the last two people that came and I just wanna say you guys are doing amazing training and thank you Timothy for treating my parents so good and doing such a good job. Had a clogged toilet. Tim came and unclogged it. Ran his camera in my sewer drain and unfortunately for me I have a broken sewer line. Tim was very friendly and helpful. Gave me an estimate to replace broken pipe. Going to have it fixed but want to check my HOA and homeowners policies first. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs

So thankful for this company they were able to come out on Christmas Eve and help us figure out where our leak was coming from AND help us turn off the water till we can get it fixed since it’s covered under our home warranty. I got a old house with cast iron and clay drainage. I knew it was only a matter of time before something bad would happen. Plumbing Masters worked on a neighbor's house recently so I contacted them to help me. Job was completed. I can only mention that the crew was outstanding. Particularity Manny and Neal. Manny keep me posted daily (this was a three day job) on the work plan for the day. Neal did the heavy lifting and provided team leadership. The whole team was outstanding. Plumbing Masters gave me a 15 year warranty on their work.

Great experience. Plumbing Masters was able to schedule replacement of our water heater for today Sunday. Their technician Todd came out to our house within two hours after I called. Todd was very professional and courteous and was able to install a new water heater in less than three hours. I am very happy that I called Plumbing Masters and would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. He communicated really well throughout the job and kept us updated. He even went above and beyond to double check things in the house after.

They are hands down awesome! I called for a slow drain, and Miguel came out quickly. He realized it would be a bigger project and called for some help. Tim, Chad and Rafael came out and tried to open the drain with a hydro flush. With that not working, Tim offered a couple options. I opted for not removing the shower, but digging underneath. Chad and Rafael worked diligently and found more issues than one could imagine. Two days later, they finally fixed all the problems. Whoever installed the shower had no clue. Kudos to the crew who returned my peace of mind to me! Highly recommend!!!!
