He found the leak and walked me through his repair, checking for any additional signs of leaks in that bathroom. Daniel, Louis & Alfredo performed their jods in a highly professional manner when finding the problems we had with our 62 year old cast iron plumbing. They spent many hours on the back up problem and were able to provide a complete fix. We were kept up to date on every problem they found. I came to do a review and found I had already done one a while ago for something else, so I can't add 5 more stars, but I will add that I recently purchased my own home (the other review was for work at my daughter's home) and had Rich come install a Halo water treatment system for my home as well as a Reverse Osmosis under my kitchen sink and a utility sink in my laundry room. Rich was very prompt and quick getting the work done. He was great answering any questions I had. And when my system was recycling the water, but I had forgotten it did that and was concerned about hearing water running, even though it was New Year's Day, when I texted Rich, he got right back to me. I really appreciate the great service. Cody came the same day we called. He was super nice -he explained everything to us, what we needed, didn't need, would need sometime in the future,etc.... I highly recommend this company and especially Cody.

I've removed and replaced a toilet before but VERY happy I decided to have him do it as well as replace all the valves under the bathroom vanity as that is being replaced as well and the old valves would not budget to turn off. I had a leak under my kitchen faucet and I called Plumbing Masters on a Friday afternoon and they had a technician at my house early Saturday morning. I was very pleased with their promptness. My technician was Levi and he was very knowledgeable and kind and so helpful in answering my questions. He did a great job and I will definitely ask for him in future repairs.

Last Saturday, December 13, 2025 my water heater went out and I found this company online. It had a great star rating, and I'm happy to say they live by this rating. A person by the name of: Levi came to my home in Phoenix, and analyzed the problem. My water heater was leaking water, and told me I would need a new water heater. You always hate it when someone tells you that because your first thought is their trying to get more money out of you, but that wasn't the case here. Levi was willing to let me check with other companies if I felt they had another solution. Anyway, to make a long story short I went with Plumbing Masters and I am so happy I did. It was worth the money of a new water heater, and Levi did a great job of installing it. He stayed late into the night and never once complained considering it was Saturday. He never rushed and always answered my questions that I had as he worked on installing the heater. He was highly professional and aimed to please. It took him about a little over an hour to install the water heater and was now almost 8 o'clock at night. He cleaned up the area around him so nothing was left behind. He was friendly and professional to the very end. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Levi again for your great work!

We had a toilet replaced with a new one. When the technician pulled the old one there were multiple issues found with the old toilet installed by the builder and floor replacement years before. Plumbing Masters sent another technician to fix the problem. They were very competent and respectful of us and our home. A huge thank you to Chad, Saul, and Alfredo!!! One of your employees is on the 202 W 2:55pm 12/14 on his phone swerving on the freeway. Swerved and crossed my lane and swerved in the other lane. I pull-up on the side of them to see why they’re swerving and they’re holding their phone down below the steering wheel. Absolute no no especially if you can’t look at your phone & maintain your lane. I wish I would’ve seen the truck number.

Todd and Chase came to my house yesterday. I had surgery earlier in the week and had a problem with a toilet. They came in and fixed that problem and also helped me change out another toilet. They embraced the chaos my dogs created and went out of their way to help me get things done that I had difficulty doing by myself. They were patient and went out of their way to help. I’ve never used Plumbing Master’s. My residential main water (31 years old) needed replacement. In addition it required a pressure control valve. Plumbing Masters was fantastic from the first call to payment for the completed job. I received same day service. “Chase” the responding plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in completing the job.

I am not one to write many reviews but after today I really needed to. I feel like plumbing is our curse that never lets up and we found a leak with quite a bit of water damage. Plumbing masters was our first call and Cody Yeager was our tech that came out and he was amazing! We were still recovering financially from our last plumbing disaster and he was truly so nice about everything. I feel like so many companies put so much pressure on you to go with them and spend so much money for something. Cody did not do that, he was honest and polite and so understanding to where we were and I honestly say I would be requesting him to work with from here on out. Thanks Cody!

Hot water heater flushed and repaired Lester was very professional. He noted turn off valves upon thr home inspection, were leaking. Lester Carrazco fixed this issue and explained each step. Plumbing Masters employees (Sam & Caleb) were respectful of the occupants and the home in their repairs. Rusted/broken drain lines had to be replaced. Saul explained each step of the way and the guys worked over 12 hours one day to restore the only bathroom. It was expensive and it sucked, but it's done! Thank God.

I rarely write reviews; I figure I pay someone or a company to do a good job or provide good service. That said, occasionally you run across those who do excellent work. Tree roots compromised our sewer line. We called Plumbing Masters. Four technicians came out. All four guys were pleasant, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable, and answered all questions regarding the job. I want to thank Aaron, Miguel, Julio, and Vinny for a job well done. Additionally, the lady who answered the phone deserves kudos for her professionalism.

Richard M built an elegant and compact bypass for my leaking water softener, in order to allow me to order a new one. Once I had the new one he replaced a defective pressure regulator and installed the new softener without leaks or issues. He is an excellent plumber and well worth the cost. I’ve had to use plumbing masters a few times now! Chase arrived on time and fixed the issue with our sink In about 10 minutes. His work included a one year warranty and he also did complementary water testing of our home.!! As always, these guys are completely upfront and fair about pricing! I’m always grateful when I find people that are ethical and knowledgeable in their trade! Aaron was on time, friendly, and professional. He came initially to do a free diagnostic assessment. Within about 30 min , the issue was identified and solved! He also took the time to educate me on what he was doing which I really appreciate! Up front about pricing and pricing fair! Can’t recommend him enough!

I could see the sewer line as they were working which will be helpful in making a decision for further work Levi proved to be a very competent and skilled technician. I’m not one to typically write reviews but my experience with Plumbing masters, especially Chase was just phenomenal. It’s very evident he knows what he’s doing and has been trained very well! Plumbing Masters wasn’t the first company I got a quote from but it was the first to explain my issues to me in a way I could truly understand. Chase didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions and was just super transparent throughout the whole job. I have found the one plumber I trust and won’t be going to anyone else.

My plumber was Chase he came out and did my re-plumbing of my house. He was courteous and extremely professional. His communication was excellent And he did my project in a timely matter as expected With no delays! I felt like he was extremely knowledgeable and I felt more than comfortable with his quality of work! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Plumbing Masters and Chase again!!!!

Pipe masters plumbing and sewer is by far the best!! Say no less!! Call the best flush the rest!!! Installed and fixed my house at 1am and stayed until 7am to get job completely fixed!

I was told my water softener might need replacing due to resin clogging the screens in our faucets and shower heads. I called Plumbing Masters and the next day, CHASE MCQUISTION, their technician was at our house and through testing confirmed the need for its replacement. Chase explained all our options and had a softener system that met our needs installed, and running in no time.
