Levi is a great, personable plumber. He installed my RO system January of last year and it’s working great! 1/15/2025 - I requested Levi again. He replaced my RO filters and replaced my shower cartridge. He’s honest and very personable. He gave me an estimate for the replacement of my water heater at my request.

Michael answered all of my questions and was very very courteous. He listened to my concerns and my opinions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Chase was able to make it out the same day. He walked me through all my options and then took the time to help me with other questions and quotes for a water heater. Excellent work, professional and I will use Plumbing Masters again.

I’m very impressed by how quickly they were able to get a tech to my house and fix my leaking water pipe. My technician Lester was at my house within 1 hour and was very nice, efficient and helpful. The company sends a text before your technician arrives with a picture of them and a bio which made me feel a lot more comfortable as a single mom.

Michael was a fantastic technician going right to work checking out my two HVAC units and water softener. He was so genuine and nice asking me if I had any questions or concerns to address along the way and I appreciated this as I really like to be on top of maintenance to avoid emergencies. He recommended some work that I was grateful he recognized needing immediate attention to avoid what would have become emergency issues. I was so relieved that Michael was able to remove and replace the leaking hot water heater this same day and I feel, once again, so convinced that I have the best plumbing service I can rely on. Called Plumbing Masters to come to my house again, this time to repair a couple of toilets and replace a faucet outside. I got Lester again which made me happy. Just like this past November, he was friendly, professional and thorough with everything he did. He used the shoe covers to help keep my house floors clean. He even suggested an alternate fix for one of my issues that saved me money over what I thought needed to be done. Plumbing Masters is great and especially Lester! Will call him again for any needed future projects.

I just wanna share my amazing experience with Timothy how we treated my parents how educated was on his profession how he made my parents feel safe after the last Plumbing Company were very rude and asking for money above what they quoted, as well as gouging on the price of our poor elderly, Timothy was very very Respectful. Had a clogged toilet. Tim came and unclogged it. Ran his camera in my sewer drain and unfortunately for me I have a broken sewer line. Tim was very friendly and helpful. Gave me an estimate to replace broken pipe. Going to have it fixed but want to check my HOA and homeowners policies first. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs

I got a old house with cast iron and clay drainage. I knew it was only a matter of time before something bad would happen. Plumbing Masters worked on a neighbor's house recently so I contacted them to help me. Job was completed. I can only mention that the crew was outstanding. Particularity Manny and Neal. Manny keep me posted daily (this was a three day job) on the work plan for the day. Neal did the heavy lifting and provided team leadership. The whole team was outstanding. Plumbing Masters gave me a 15 year warranty on their work.

This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. He communicated really well throughout the job and kept us updated. He even went above and beyond to double check things in the house after.

They are hands down awesome! I called for a slow drain, and Miguel came out quickly. He realized it would be a bigger project and called for some help. Tim, Chad and Rafael came out and tried to open the drain with a hydro flush. With that not working, Tim offered a couple options. I opted for not removing the shower, but digging underneath. Chad and Rafael worked diligently and found more issues than one could imagine. Two days later, they finally fixed all the problems. Whoever installed the shower had no clue. Kudos to the crew who returned my peace of mind to me! Highly recommend!!!!

Called plumbing masters after getting a 480$ quote from roto rooter to snake a walk in shower. Plumbing masters had a special for 28$ Jessie showed up right on time about 2 hrs after I called. Contacted Plumbing Masters with a leak on front property they quickly responded replaced the pipe and installed new valve that was not functioning Levi was exceptional dug up area and you would never know it was disturbed to complete the work Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Levi from Plumbing Masters. My water heater went out, and while funds were tight, Levi didn't pressure me with sales tactics. Instead, he found a temporary solution by rerouting the water line so I could at least have cold showers while I figured out my options. His patience and thoughtful approach made me feel comfortable and valued, so I decided to go with Plumbing Masters and requested him specifically for the new install. Highly recommend Levi for his professionalism and excellent customer care!

Lester with Plumbing Masters was very professional, very helpful working on a issue we had. Lester spent about 2 hours trouble shooting and found no evidence of water leak nor water damage in the area we were concerned with. Plus trouble shooted another issue we had. Lester did not charge anything because the issue was not fixed ( even though no evidence of an issue) Lester said he would rather earn a customers trust. That He did.

Saul came out on a late Sunday afternoon to address a dripping front lawn spigot. The replacement part was higher quality brass, without the rubber washer that can break down over time. He also looked over an indoor utility sink and bathroom vanity sink, and a leaking irrigation pressure vacuum breaker, to provide quotes, then emailed these along with photos of the day's work. Saul took a water pressure reading to confirm the reliability of inner pipework. We discussed the process of re-piping this old house. The Plumbing Masters website provided a $50 discount coupon (mention when booking) which brought the total cost for labor and parts down to a reasonable price for this type of service. Thanks to Saul and the PM team for helping keep my future water bill in check and for providing information to consider.

Manny was amazingly skilled and knowledgeable, and he was also one of the nicest people I have met. He knew what was wrong with both of the drains and was able to clear them at a very decent price. I will br hiring him again.
