Levi, I am only sorry that my hot water heater will only go out every 12 years. He is the type of person that you love having around your house. Once every 12 years is not enough to see this man. He is also the most qualified person I have ever seen. Went above what he was suppose to do. Helped put in salt to the water softener. That was just a gesture of kindness. I was only out of hot water for 5 hours. WOW

Just had Jessie here with Plumbing Masters to work on a clogged bathroom sink. He was awesome, very friendly, explained everything and cleaned up after himself. I recently moved into a new home and was having water pressure issues and realized my PRV valve might be going bad. I ended up contacting two different plumbing companies and I have to say the experience with Rich Todd Eggert was top-notch. Him and his partner were polite through the entire experience . He took a look at all my issues and offered professional suggestions, provided idea ideas on how I could save costs on the work, and ended up giving me a quote that was lower than the competitors. I agreed to have him do the work and it looks amazing! He replaced the entire line not just the valve and everything looks and works great. A really nice guy and a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

He did not try and rip us off, he did A thorough, and impeccable job. He was kind, humble, intelligent, and definitely knew his craft, he also answered all of my questions. I was unable to turn off my lawn sprinkler. I called Plumbing Masters to help. Lester arrived in 30 minutes along with his apprentice, Estavan.. they found the problem and fixed it quickly. While they were here they did my annual inspection of the hot water flush and routine inspection that is included in my membership. They took care of all my needs and made recommendations for preventive future maintenance.. they did an excellent job!

Miguel came to unclog my washer machine’s drain, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Very happy with how quickly plumbing masters was able to come by as well, same day!

The basic cost for replacing a Flapper and a Float Valve as I have reviewed is typically between $60.00 and $150.00. Basic Costs for a Floater Valve is $16.00 to $25.00. I asked for a Breakdown for parts that were replaced with Costs of each part and the Technician could not provide this basic Customer Service. The Gentleman that helped Us was kind and very helpful but the Cost that we paid was way out side of other Plumbing Companies basic costs for this type of repair that I have researched. Just a concerned Customer on the Costs I paid for Basic toilet replacements parts.

Thanks for coming out so quick. Our house is old, and Manny was not able to fix the under sink problem with tools and parts he had available. But he tried! The water heater flush was done quickly.

I had a good experience with this company. Rich was very friendly and seemed to really care about the unfortunate situation with my dead tankless water heater. He took the time to explain things before I even had to ask. He was also prompt and efficient, which I always appreciate, especially when I’ve had to boil water for dishes and baths the past 3 days. The price was a lot better than the competition, which is what won my business initially; but it was the great service and kindness Rich provided that will bring me back next time I need help.

The office scheduled me an appointment same day. And Levi showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He immediately addressed what he needed to do to find the leak in my slab. Which included water detection equipment. It was more expensive than others I had gotten price from. I don't want to take away from Levi and his very good work ethic. He went to work and it wasn't easy in this heat. He remained polite and courtesy and friendly with a winning smile through this vey long day! YES, he found the leak and fixed the problem.

Had a water heater installed incorrectly by another Plumbing Master’s technician a year and half ago. Once we discovered it we contacted Plumbing Masters. They concurred that it was incorrect and dispatched someone same day to correct. Chase arrived within a couple of hours and was extremely courteous, professional and got the job done with minimal disruption. I learned that the technician who did the install was no longer employed by Plumbing Masters. We are truly impressed by this company’s commitment to good service and owning and promptly fixing mistakes. Will use them again in the future and recommend.

Plumber Lester was excellent. Knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Repair was completed successfully and timely. Initial contact by text was misleading and not true as advertised. Was promised a special rate but Lester did not know anything about a special rate? Initial contact claimed plumbers were in my neighborhood so they were very close. Lester was 40 minutes out! So this claim was also not true. Once again plumber Lester was great.

I’ll make a brief mention of Ignacio as well, he did a lot of work for me and although he forgot to mention some additional costs after I made an agreement to pursue getting a pressure regulator put in, he still did an awesome job with everything I had him do, including fixing the failed connector on our outside pipe that he put in at no additional cost and done as soon as it was reported. They are hands down awesome! I called for a slow drain, and Miguel came out quickly. He realized it would be a bigger project and called for some help. Tim, Chad and Rafael came out and tried to open the drain with a hydro flush. With that not working, Tim offered a couple options. I opted for not removing the shower, but digging underneath. Chad and Rafael worked diligently and found more issues than one could imagine. Two days later, they finally fixed all the problems. Whoever installed the shower had no clue. Kudos to the crew who returned my peace of mind to me! Highly recommend!!!!

I had an emergency at my house while I was away. My sister who was visiting googled for a plumber and after checking the reviews, she chose Plumbing Masters. The sewer pipe was clogged with tree roots and has broken up. Plumbing Masters came out right away. Caleb was our technician , and he was awesome. So polite, personable and answered all questions that we had. The work was completed in a timely manner. We are 100% happy with Plumbing Masters.

Arron and Casey did an amazing job. Came out on a Saturday and took care of me. Helped me through a very tough decision on the sewer line replaced and game me the best deal I could have got. Explained all of my options and answered every question. Very helpful and easy to work with.

First, the woman who does scheduling expressed empathy for what we were going through and quickly got us assistance. She's a jewel! Then Aaron did the work with a smile on his face and very kind! He was a delight in our home. Then lastly Casey, was a great listener, explained what they would be assessing and showed me the results. Todd arrived 1st thing in the morning to appraise me of my 17 year old water heater options. I opted for the tankless water heater. I thought it would be days before the job would start but he said he would start right now if that was okay with me. I said let’s do it. It took a number of hours but we now have hot water and the job looks great. Todd did a great job. He’s a hard worker and knows what he’s doing. Plus, very professional. He earned the 5 gold stars and I’m giving 6 attaboys.

Plumbing Masters' technician, Miguel, did a simple shower drain clean-out yesterday. He was quick, pleasant, charged a very fair price, and did the job right. Needed immediate service for a leaking main water line from the meter to the house. Contacted Plumbing Masters for service. They responded immediately and confirmed the requested service. Tech was dispatched and arrived within 30 minutes. A new line was dropped in, and water was restored to the house within a few hours. Casey, came out to fix my leak. I put steak down my garbage disposal and clogged my pipe and couldn't put things back together without it leaking. Yada, yada... Ugghh.. Plumbing Masters sent their tech Todd Jensen to our house to check the garbage disposal. He also checked the water treatment system which wasn’t working. He found several other Problems while going through our house. He took his time and repaired all the issues. I would definitely use their services again.Todd was outstanding.

"After 10 years of faithful service, my gas water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found Plumbing Masters online and they were able to send someone out that very morning! Lester arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tested several components and explained that due to the age of the unit (and my admitted lack of maintenance!), a replacement would be the most cost-effective solution. He clearly laid out my options, and I decided to go with a new Ruud Professional unit. Lester returned the next day and installed the new water heater. Have used Plumbing Masters for 10 years. Our house is 25 years old and all of the hose bibs and inside connections for toilets and sinks were corroded. Todd changed them all out in a matter of hours. Very professional, personable and efficient. Did a great job! Alfredo came to resolve the kitchen sink not draining. Inspection with a camera indicated 25 years of grease and oil had clogged the drains. Alfredo cleaned all of the drains quickly and efficiently and left them working fine. As an added quality control step Casey came by and gave inspected the job. Plumbing Masters always does a very professional job

We had a plumbing leak and our garage was flooded. We called around to a few plumbing services, but surprisingly a flooding garage was an important enough to have same-day service. We called plumbing Masters and the receptionist got appointment and confirm that appointment within a few minutes and Michael came within the hour. We thought this was gonna be an expensive fix, but Michael pointed out the leak in our tank, ran to get the part, and had everything fixed within the hour the price was extremely affordable, and the service was phenomenal. I don’t anticipate having major plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, plumbing masters will be my first call.

Our hose bib where the water main came off when I tried to remove the attached hose so I had to shut off the water to the house. Called Plumbing Masters and they had Chase come out within 25 minutes. I called with a water heater that was not working. I thought it was the valve. We established it was. With the cost difference. They installed a brand new water heater for a very reasonable price. It was same-day service within an hour they arrived. I was so lucky. Chase was very professional, very clear in what he was going to do. Lester came out and offered a great solution at a very reasonable price compared to the competition. They were able to get the job scheduled 48 hours later and completed it in 1 day. The plumbing job was fantastic, but he also put my front yard back together as if he never dug up a trench. I would highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Had a leak at the meter at my house today. I have no idea how long it had been pouring water in to the street. Todd came so quickly figured out it it was the meter. Shut the water off and even spoke to the Glendale water dept. Who then were able to send some one out right away. Todd was so nice even wishing me a happy mothers day. It got even better and he did not even charge a service fee!!! I was highly impressed. Thank you so much!!!!
