Plumbing Masters helped us dodge a REALLY big bullet with this TERRIBLE situation. Instead of a .50 cal hit, it was more like a .22 instead! With the threat of a massive bill, and a 2’ x 2’ whole in my brand new bathroom floor and wall, I called PLUMBING MASTERS. And with professionalism, great communication and with skills intact, Alberto showed up, to save MY day! My HERO! Plumbing Masters was very prompt with getting someone on their way to diagnose the problem, shortly thereafter, Alberto the expert showed up with the big guns and BOOM! Problem solved! In a very timely, neat and professional way he solved our issue with no damage to my bathroom from the drain outside! I couldn’t be more relieved and happy with the result!!! I love how they send a text with a photo and little bio of the person coming to my home. Fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

Riley Cosgrove came out today to hook up our plumbing for new sinks and a garbage disposal. He was efficient, professional and informative. He asked if we had questions and gave information on a couple of issues he saw. There was no pressure to add work just honest information. We would highly recommend Riley and Plumbing Masters.

He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our household as we have two overexcited greyhounds. He had camera take pics of our lines, checking plumbing fixtures and noticed some debris in the lines ( pics ).
He cleaned out lines and kept us informed on each step.

Cody Yeager was an exceptionally pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable technician to come do my annual water heater review & flush. After taking about 20 minutes to inspect the water heater top to bottom, we sat together to discuss his findings which indicated I had about 2 choices, replace faulty parts to extend the life of the heater maybe 1 or 2 more years, or go ahead & do a complete replacement with a new water heater to last me another 7-10 years. I opted for a new one this time. I also had a choice to replace one of my bathrooms faucets, which really pleased me because the current one was pretty old. Also he checked all the shut off valves to sinks & toilets, & I only needed 1 toilet valve replaced because all the others had been updated already from years of service from plumbing masters. A few other parts were needed to increase my PSI. Overall, I am extremely impressed with his plumbing skills & his personable customer service skills in communication & explanations with me, the customer to help me understand the reasons & choices to be made. He has my highest recommendation & I believe other future customers will find his exceptional service a very satisfying & excellent experience. *****

I had an emergency sewer backup where one toilet overflowed, the other toilet backed up, and water was coming up through my shower drain. Plumbing Masters was able to get someone out quickly, and from start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, patient and so very kind. They started with the least invasive approach and explained every step of the process. When that didn’t fully resolve the issue. They explained to me exactly what was going on and found that tree roots had grown into a compromised section of the sewer line. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand instead of pressuring me into making a decision. What impressed me most was how respectful and honest the technicians were. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to their hard work, my sewer line is flowing again, and I now have a clear understanding of what repairs will be needed going forward.

Plumbing Masters recently completed a complete replacement of my failing cast iron piping leading to the main line and sewer. Despite this huge unexpected and costly project which required trenches for new lines and some small holes in drywall and block, I am very pleased with all work performed and would recommend Plumbing Masters to others. Technicians Summer and Alvaro are highly capable and qualified and were courteous, professional and available throughout my project. They left my home very clean, and my new system works great.

Used to use a different company that turned out to be dishonest and did not treat me as a priority. Even got lectured on how they have to "drive far" to service me. Decided to go another route and chose Plumbing master, best decision EVER! These people are amazing! Same day service, quick turnaround and they made me feel like I was there main priority. Best customer service ever, they came out a few hours after my call. Not only that they gave me a curtisy call from the office and a text with a picture of my service tech, his rating and reviews, and the tech himself called before he arrived. They trouble shot my issue and even provided financing which is great releaf. Very kind team, seem very knowledgeable. I have an old house, so unfortunately needed a lot of work done. The line to the street had been invaded by tree roots. Julio and Pedro provided a lot of hard work excavating in a very neat and organized fashion to replace an old pipe that was made of clay (old days). Also Luther did a fine job replacing my hot water heater. I enjoyed talking with him about baseball and softball. He use to play professionally and is a big fan of the sport with coaching and 3 sons following in his footsteps. I know not related to the job, but good people.

Abraham from Plumbing Masters performed a water flush on my hot water heater today, and he was very professional from start to finish. Before he arrived, he called and gave me an estimate of how long it would take him to arrive at my home. When he got here, his courteous manner made the experience stress free. Before he started the work, he explained what he would be doing in a way that was easy for me to understand and while he was here, he checked the pressure on my water line and educated me on the importance of keeping the water pressure at the recommended level to protect the pipeline and appliances. The quality of his service call was excellent, and I would highly recommend him.

Levi was sent to my home to check on a leak I had. He tested the water meter and advised I had no leak. The damp spots were where old drip system was faulty He tightened the fittings and replaced the valves to my drip system which also leaking when system was turned on. I also needed a new leaky faucet on the front of my home which was welded on. This had been leaking when I purchased the home in 2022. Very honest company and Levi showed me that the way the company is. He saved me thousands of dollars. The leaks were on my side of the water meter. Thank you Levi

I recently had my bathtub drain repaired, and I’m really happy with the experience. LL was punctual, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the drain efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary work

I discovered late yesterday that I had no hot water. Upon inspection, I found that the circuit breaker was popped. I reset it, but it popped again. I called Plumbing Masters. Lester arrived that afternoon. He confirmed that my nearly 9 year old water heater was beyond repair. He was off the next day (today) so Abraham arrived on schedule at 9:30am. He completed the replacement of the water heater as well as the expansion tank. Everything checked out good.

Scheduling was easy, Abby was so nice and understanding. Abraham was friendly, courteous, and most of all gave us options. We will recommend Plumbing Masters to all our friends and family.

Cody and Ethan went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. It was not an easy job but they worked hard to offer solutions and ensure everything was fixed for us.

When they came to fix my shower drain that wasn't draining, they were both honest and polite about the fact that the whole time, I just had the drain switch flipped to "closed" without realizing it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Didn't charge me a dime for my embarrassing oversight!!! Highly recommended!!! 💯

Chase the plumber and Eric his apprentice were great. They came in and did my water heater flush quick and easy. They also gave me some good tips and tricks to maintain my system long-term.

I accidentally hit a hose bibb in my front yard. Plumbing Masters was in the area and I flagged them down Rafa came over and turned off the water and gave me Cody's phone number. Cody got here fast and fixed the problem right away. I will call Plumbing Masters for my plumbing issues moving forward!

Abraham came out as I had a recent leak and wanted the rest of my connections checked for corrosion and/or damage. He did a thorough check and found some spots that showed calcium build up that could cause problems for me. His repairs were quick and clean. Really happy with his work and the peace of mind it gives.

Chase was excellent! When he arrived he asked me to explain my issue then proceeded to do analysis on my water heater. After a bit, he took time to explain the problem and my options for moving forward. He explained things in laymen terms so I understood what we were dealing with, thereby allowing me to make an informed choice. He kept me informed on how long the work would take. Additionally, very respectful of my home, putting on shoe covers while moving through the house, asked permission to come in and out without me letting him in. Once install was complete, he registered the unit then once again reviewed my warranties for this work. Polite young man who knew his stuff - would ask for him again if I have an issue.

I made an online inquiry and they called and had availability the very next day. They came early, after calling to make sure it was ok, and were polite, fast and super helpful. I got to work with several of them including Lester, Louis, and Daniel. They were able to get all the work requested and suggested other things I didn’t know were issues that ended up saving me money.

Very professional company! Customer service line when I called was friendly and extremely kind. Cody Y came to my home and was very professional, went through every step of the way of what was going on with my water heater and replaced it the first time around. (Fast install and affordable, even told me what was under warranty in case any issues arised.) Had another issue with the gas valve but Cody came right back again to save the day!! Even came back the following day to ensure gas was working after install and my water was heated before leaving. I have nothing but positive things to say not only about this company but to their employees as well. I strongly recommend them!

Levi is a great, personable plumber. He installed my RO system January of last year and it’s working great! 1/15/2025 - I requested Levi again. He replaced my RO filters and replaced my shower cartridge. He’s honest and very personable. He gave me an estimate for the replacement of my water heater at my request. 3/21/2026 - I requested Levi and he replaced my 12+ year old water heater. He had given me a quote last year but I forgot about it. My water heater is inside and if it leaks that would be a disaster. He explained the time to remove the existing water heater and replace it with a new one and he went over the pricing as well as the warranty. I was able to discuss the situation with my housemate who agreed with the replacement.
