Thank you very much for sending Manuel Luna to remove a major clog in our toilet .My daughter and my 16 year old grandson as well as my 12 year old granddaughter have been living with us until they get into an apartment near by. Anyway , my granddaughter ..., who has downs syndrome was mad about something her mother had told her to do and she went into the bathroom and shoved a whole roll of toilet paper into our toilet. Which just happens to be the only working restroom in our home .As you can well imagine , this caused a serious problem ....After many hours and gallons of drain cleaners and soaps nothing seemed to work .Being old folks on a fixed income the last thing I wanted to do was call a commercial plumber to take care of the problem .So we called your company and spoke with a nice young lady that put us in touch with Mr.Luna who came to our home in a timely manner and found the problem and got rid of it .When he told us how much it would be , I was somewhat short of the money required, and Mr. Luna gave us a senior discount which made the amount owed the right amount of money I had , he didn't have to do that but he did it because he was a true pro and a a guy with a big heart.....it has all worked out and we surely will use you folks again if we have plumbing issues .......Read More...

Plumbing Masters is an excellent company. I am a business coach that works with businesses. I am also a home owner who had a Friday afternoon water heater leak. I found plumbing master called them and from the receptionist answering the phone with ...“how can I make your day superb” to Richard the plumbing expert coming out within 1 hour to assess then replace the broken water heater. Cody was every friendly, explained everything he was going to do. Once he found some issues that needed addressed, he provided what could wait, what needed attention right away & provided a fee options & costs. He was very efficient!
